Assigning a connector to school users

To grant a user group access to a connector, select the connector you want (1) from the left side of the screen, click on the Assignment (2) tab to the right of the screen, then click on the Add groups button (3).

To remove a user group’s access to a connector, just click on the “X” next to the group name:

When you are the administrator of several structures, you can select the head structure and assign a connector to a school profile in all sub-structures.

1- From the connector to which you would like to assign rights:

2- Click on the Mass assignment tab

3- Open the Profiles menu

4- Click on the school profile(s) to which you would like to assign the connector.

5- Once you’ve finished your group selection, click on the Assign button.

In the warning message that appears, click on the Confirm button to mass assign rights. A confirmation message will appear in green in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

To remove an application role from a school profile group in all sub-structures, the process is similar. Just click on the Remove button (6) to confirm.

You cannot edit the affiliation rights for inherited connectors (chain link icon) that have been locked (padlock icon) from the head-structure level.
