Accounts can be pre-deleted if their data has been updated manually or via CSV file.
When an account is pre-deleted, the user can sign in but only access the Export application to recover their data.
The account will be permanently deleted 90 days after the pre-deletion date.
The local administrator can pre-delete the account of a user from their school by clicking on the Pre-delete account button located beneath the photo at the top of the user file.
When a user is pre-deleted, you can restore their account and allow the user to once again access their data by clicking on Restore in the notification banner at the top of the user file.
Accounts that have not yet been activated can be deleted immediately.
