If a user loses their personalized password, the local administrator can reset it. There are three ways you can reset a user's password.
A
- Send an email containing a password reset link by typing their email address into the email field.
- Click on Send.
The user will receive a link to set a new password and enter the platform.
B
- Send a reset code via text message to a cell phone by entering the user’s phone number in the Cell phone field.
- Click on Send.
The user will need to enter this code instead of their password to enter the password reset page.
C
Generate a password reset code by clicking on the Generate a password reset code button. This code will immediately appear on the user file in the Admin Console. The user can enter the code on their sign-in page to reset their password.
