Who can group members see ?
In this section, when you click on the selected group (left-hand column), you can:
- See the members of the selected group. Just click on the button in the top right-hand corner of the group inset (1). The list of group members will be displayed in a new tab.
- Add communication rights to the selected group. To do this, click on the Add communication rights button in the group inset (2), then select the new group with which the selected group can now communicate. After confirmation, the added group will appear in the list of visible groups in the right-hand column.
- Configure internal visibility between members of the selected group. All you have to do is click on the slider at the bottom (3) of the inset for the selected group. In some cases, especially when two groups already have communication rights with each other, you cannot activate this feature. Instead, you will receive an error message directing you to contact Assistance.
- See the members of the group(s) that are visible to the selected group. Just click on the button in the top right-hand corner of the group inset (4). The list of group members will be displayed in a new tab.
- Remove communication rights from a group that is visible by the selected group. Click on the Remove communication rights button in the inset for the selected group (5). After confirmation, the deleted group will no longer appear in the list of visible groups in the right-hand column.
- Configure the internal visibility between members of a group that the user can see through the group the user belongs to.
All you have to do is click on the slider at the bottom of the inset for the visible group.
In some cases, especially when two groups already have communication rights with each other, you cannot activate this feature. Instead, you will receive an error message directing you to contact Assistance.

To do this, click on the Add communication rights button in the inset of the selected group (2), then select the new group that you would like to let see the selected group. After confirmation, the added group will appear in the list of groups that can see the selected group in the left-hand column.
- Configure internal visibility between members of the selected group. All you have to do is click on the slider at the bottom of the inset (3) for the selected group. In some cases, especially when two groups already share communication rights with each other, you cannot activate this feature. Instead, you will receive an error message directing you to contact Assistance.
- See the members of the group(s) who can see the selected group. Just click on the button in the top right-hand corner of the group inset (4). The list of group members will be displayed in a new tab.
- Remove communication rights from a group that can see the selected group. Click on the Remove communication rights button in the inset for the group (5). After confirmation, the deleted group will no longer appear in the list of groups that can see the selected group in the left-hand column.

All you have to do is click on the slider at the bottom of the inset for the group who can see the selected group.

You can only edit group affiliated with a school for which you are a local administrator. A padlock icon will appear when you cannot edit a group's configuration.
