Selecting mass email recipients

The administrator can select users via a series of filters. If an administrator does not enter any criteria for a given filter, all users will be selected.

Administrators can use the following filters:

• Profile: to send the mass email to only one or several profiles.

• Classes: to send the mass email to only one or several classes.

• Filter according to activation status: to only manage accounts that have not been activated, accounts that have already been activated, or all accounts regardless of activation status.

• Filter according to email address: to only manage accounts that have an email address, those that don’t have an email address, or all accounts regardless of whether or not they have an email address.

• Local administrators: to only manage local administrator accounts, non-local administrator accounts, or all accounts.

• Creation date: to limit the selection to a period before or after a specific date.
