Uploading files
In this section, you can upload files to start create accounts for the students, parents, and teachers in your school.
Start by checking the type of profile (1) you wish to import, then click on the “Select file” button (2) to import the file from your computer.
The student file must be uploaded before or at the same time as the parent file.
To make sure parents are affiliated with the right students, make sure to add the student's username to the parent file.
Adjusting the import settings
These options should be selected to update user data when transitioning to a new year.

Pre-delete the accounts of users not included in the files:

The user accounts from CSV files only that are not included in the imported files for the corresponding profile will be automatically pre-deleted; manually created accounts will not be changed.

These users will be able to continue accessing the VLE for 90 days to recover their data.

Their accounts will be permanently deleted after this deadline.

Changing school years:

All existing classes and class groups will be deleted;

The shares affiliated with these classes and groups will also be deleted.

New classes will be created based on the information from the .csv files.

All communications rules will be reset to default once again.
