You can edit the membership of your manual group.
- Select the desired manual group from the left-hand column.
- Click on the Manage group users button.
Filtering and searching for users
If you are an administrator for several schools, you will see this menu on top of the window that opened.
- You can switch schools to see users from another structure of the one you’re on.
- You can search users by first name, surname et user name in all the structures you’re managing.
Choose a school
To pick the school you want to see the users from:
- Click on the downward-pointing arrow in the school box.
- In the search field, enter the first letters of the school you’re searching for.
- Select the sought school from the results list displayed.
Search a user in all structures
To search a user through all structures:
- In the search field, enter the first letters of the user you’re searching for.
- Select the sought user from the results list displayed.
Filters
For all local administrators, searching a user in a school – in order to add them to a group, can be done from the search field by name and/or by using some filters. The Filters button, located above the user list, lets you refine your search by applying filters to your search results.
- For each filtering category, you can define the selection criteria by clicking on the downward arrow button. For some categories, such as Class and Manuals groups, you can use the search field to narrow down the available choices.
- Click on a filter to select it. You can make multiple selections. The selected filters will appear in orange in the selection window.
- The Deselect all button allows you to delete all of your category filter selection.
- To exit the filter category selection window, click outside of the selection field.
- The selected filters will be displayed in blue in the filters section. To delete a filter criteria, click on the trashcan, which will appear when you hover over the filter.
To unshow the filters section and see filtered users, you can click again on the Filters button.
Editing group members
Add users to a group
- Click on the name(s) of the users you want to add from the list of users in the school.
- Click on the plus sign on the right of the list.
Remove users from a group
- Click on the name(s) of the users you would like to remove from the list of users in the group, which is located to the right of the screen.
- Click on the minus sign on the left of the list.
⚠️ You can select several users at once. Users will remain selected as long as you don’t click on their name again to unselect them.
