Manual group affiliation

You can affiliate a user with an existing manual group in the Manual group(s) section in the user file.

1. Click on the Add a group button.
2. You can type in the first few letters of the group name in the search field.
3. Select the desired group from the search results. A message will appear in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to confirm the user’s affiliation with the manual group.
4. Click on the X in the upper right-hand corner to close the add window.

To create a new manual group, see section Creating a manual group.

To remove a user’s affiliation with a manual group, just click on the red X next to the group name.

A message will appear in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to confirm the user is no longer affiliated with the group.
