Understanding status icons

To access user accounts, click on the Users menu in the banner in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

When accessing the user management menu, the school's accounts are listed on the left side of the screen.

Profiles

There are five user account profiles. Each profile has its own color code:

Status

Inactive account		The user has not activated their account or customized their password.
Duplicate user		This account has been identified as a possible duplicate of another account.
User is pending pre-deletion		The user is no longer included in the imported dataset, but they can still access all the platform’s services.
Pre-deleted user		The account has been flagged for pre-deletion. The user can only use the Export feature. The account will be permanently deleted 90 days after it is pre-deleted.
Blocked account		The account has been blocked by a school administrator. The user is no longer able to sign in.
