Add or remove rights on an application

List of applications and associated rights

1. Click on an application in the list.
2. The different rights assigned for this application are displayed on the right-hand side of the screen.
3. The user groups concerned appear below each right.

Applications can have one or more application rights, depending on the functional scope of the application you have selected. An application right consists of a set of authorisations for an application.
If no rights are available, you will not be able to configure rights for the selected application, as indicated by the message: You do not have access to right configuration for this application.

How to add or remove rights

Application rights can only be added to user groups.

Adding application rights to a user group

1. Select the application for which you wish to add rights in the list of applications.
2. Under the desired application right, click on the Add groups button.

In the window that opens :

1. Select the profile type(s) of the group to be added.
2. Type a few letters of the group name.
3. Select the group(s) to which you want to assign the application rights.
4. When you have finished selecting the groups, click on the cross at the top right to close the Add window. The newly added groups are displayed under the application right.

Removing application rights from a user group

1. Select the application for which you wish to remove rights in the list of applications.
2. Click on the cross next to the group you wish to delete. The group disappears from the application right.
