Save services as a bookmark in the widget My apps

There is a specific setting for the widget My apps allowing to define applications or connector as default bookmarks for the school users.

This tab is only visible on secondary schools.

Each application or connector can be set for one or several school profiles.

In order to add an app or a connector as a default bookmark, select the widget My apps in the left column (1), click on the tab ‘specific setting’ in the central part (2), then click on the button choose an application + or choose a connector (3).

In the add window, select the application or connector to add as a bookmark (1). The users profiles which will get the additional application as a bookmark (2), then click on the button save (3) to confirm the addition.

The selected applications and connectors are set as bookmarks for users from their first connection (on the web, via the mobile app, or by identity federation).
