Statistics - Introduction

With the Statistics app, track platform usage over a given period.

The Statistics app provides nine indicators calculated over a selected period (either the past month or the last 13 months, depending on available data):

• Connections: Calculates the number of visits over the past year.

• Unique visitors: Calculates the number of users identified as unique since the beginning of the current month.

• Visits per unique visitor: Calculates the average visit frequency per identified user since the start of the current month.

• Most used app: Shows app visit data over the past year. Detailed stats are available per app.

• Most used connector: Shows connector usage over the selected period. Detailed stats are available per connector.

• Most used device: Displays connection data by device type (computer, mobile app, etc.) over the past year.

• Daily peak connection time: Shows the time slot with the highest traffic over the past year.

• Weekly peak connection day: Shows the weekday with the highest number of visits over the past year.

• Activated accounts: Calculates the number of activated accounts over the past year.
