Manage your class your way with the Class settings App!
This application is available for teachers and allows you to create and manage new accounts (for students, parents, staff, and teachers), export login credentials and activation codes, reset user passwords for the class, activate new services for the class, modify the class name, and more.
To access the Class Settings application, click on its icon on the My Apps page.
If you're an administrator, you may be prompted for two-factor authentication. A 6-digit code will be sent to your mobile phone via SMS. It might take a moment to arrive. Simply enter the received code to access the application.
The Class Name
If your school's data is entered manually, you can change your class's name.
To do this, click the pencil icon to the right of the displayed name and modify the class name in the window that appears.

Class names for these schools are retrieved from the ONDE academic directory, and any manual changes to the name are overwritten daily by database updates that occur every evening.
Account Data Source
You can find your school's account data source just below your class name. It indicates how user accounts are loaded onto the ENT (Digital Learning Environment).
Manual: Accounts are loaded manually onto the ENT via a CSV file at the start of the school year.
Automatic (academic directory): Accounts are automatically retrieved from the ONDE database and loaded onto the ENT.
