With the Filespace app, you can find all your documents in one place—whether they were created in or used across other apps on the platform.
You can also store additional files, organize them by topic, course, or class, and share them as needed.
By centralizing all accessible content for each user, Filespace makes it easy to reuse any file in any app.
The filespace app includes 4 sections :
Personal Documents : this section contains the files you’ve uploaded to Document Space that are not shared with others. You can upload all file types from your computer: text documents, PDFs, images, videos, or audio clips.
Shared Documents : this folder includes all documents that have been shared with you by other users, as well as the ones you’ve shared with them.
Files added in my Apps : here you’ll find any files you’ve added within other apps (for example, an image in a blog post).
Trash : this section contains all documents you’ve deleted from the other folders.
Files in the Trash still count toward your storage limit.
The “Create a document” feature is only available for specific projects that have requested it.
