Big file sharing tool - Introduction

Your Documents, in the Cloud! Just as its name suggests, the Big file sharing tool lets you store large documents online and access them anywhere for up to 30 days.

Big file sharing tool is a service for sharing large files for up to 30 days. 

Each user gets a dedicated storage space just for this application. Files uploaded here won't impact your storage quota for the user's main document application.

Files can be downloaded by the users they've been shared with for the entire life of the file. For each shared file, managers and contributors can view the download log. 

After a file expires, it's deleted and can no longer be downloaded. A deleted file will still appear in your list, but you won't be able to download it. Users can view file details, and if they have the permissions, they can also check the download history.
